September 17, 2019

OnviSource announced today it has expanded its Automata Robotics Process Automation solution with a new, no-code platform, called Orchestra™, powered by Company’s new proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine, iMachine™ 2.0.

Automata is part of OnviSource’s ia.Enterprise Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions and delivers Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), when combined with Company’s iMachine 2.0 AI engine. Automata enables enterprises to automate desktop transactions and repetitive, manual tasks, with or without employees’ intervention. For example, Automata has been in use by a nation-wide U.S. wireless service provider for several years to fully automate the routing of customer service calls across multiple contact centers and connect its customers to the best point of service.

A range of automation options for desktop transactions and repetitive, manual tasks are offered by Automata. Unattended Automata automates processes without human intervention. Attended Automata can be used to automate certain segments of a process, automatically access or verify certain information for the employee to expedite the flow of transactions, reduce errors, and optimize and augment the employee’s performance. Additionally, Automata’s process automation can be “rule-based” for “structured evaluation” of the data, or it can be analytics-based to analyze unstructured data and discover actionable knowledge, intent, categories, named entities, sentiment, and more.

The new Orchestra no-code platform empowers users to design, test and run their own workflows without needing any software development, and by using an intuitive, drag-and-drop user interface. Orchestra utilizes industry standard and widely used BPMN 2.0 for users to create their custom workflows.

The brain behind Automata is Company’s iMachine 2.0, which offers analytical features beyond rule-based automation, using three levels of AI technologies, including Machine Learning (ML), NLP/NLU with Dialog Frame for Conversational AI, and Deep Learning with artificial neural network capability for deeper intent and sentiment analysis.

“The two major and essential technologies required to deliver true Intelligent Automation capabilities are RPA and AI,” said Art Yri, Chief Technology Officer at OnviSource. “We are pleased that we have been able to develop and deploy fully featured and proprietary technologies and platforms to deliver both.”

Automata RPA and the iMachine AI engine can be integrated with all of Company’s ia.Enterprise solutions in workforce optimization, customer experience management and business process management, enabling Company’s solutions to offer true Intelligent Automation everywhere.

In the past, the use of RPA and AI technologies by enterprises required significant investment and qualified resources, hence not affordable by all enterprises. Successful deployment of RPA and full recognition of its Return-On-Investment (ROI) requires offering special programs beyond the technologies and products. OnviSource’s mission is to democratize the AI and RPA technologies for enterprise of all sizes by offering highly affordable prices, delivery options of software or SaaS, flexibility in customization, free consultation and proof-of-concept, as wells post-sale operational assistance at no charge to assure the Automata RPA and iMachine 2.0 solutions work for customers’ specific needs.
