As Managing Director, Africa, Clinton Rex Stebbing is responsible for driving strategic growth in South Africa and the continent of Africa through both direct sales and partner programs.

 

With over 17 years of business development and sales experience, Clinton is tasked with growing OnviSource regional markets and the sales of the company’s AI-driven Hyper Analytics, Hyper Automation, and intelligently automated vertical applications. Considering the rapid growth of South African markets embracing digital transformation, Clinton’s mission is to position OnviSource Africa as one of the leading providers of Intelligent Transformation solutions for improving workforce performance, customer satisfaction, and business productivity of enterprises and contact centers.

Prior to joining OnviSource, Clinton headed up Business Development at multiple companies with a strong focus on selling a range of products, services, and solutions to some of the largest BPOs across South Africa, Africa, the UK, and the EU. He was instrumental in successfully launching a Global Business Services (GBS) marketplace during Covid while also meeting and exceeding his sales targets.

 

Clint earned a diploma in Business Management and Business/Life Coaching.
