as part of unified marketing strategy.
Plano, Texas -- OnviSource, Inc. announces the final phase of the acquisition of CadCom Telesystems, Davacord and Business Solutions started in 2005. The combined entity is now doing business under the name OnviSource and has begun the implementation of re-branding initiatives focused on communicating the new company’s expanded capabilities and the introduction of new products and outsourcing services into the contact center and enterprise marketplace.

While continuing to focus on the legacy core competencies, OnviSource is introducing a broader range of call center products and outsourcing services to its current customers. By leveraging the resources of OnviSource, the existing customer base can now have access to all-inclusive call center software solutions, hosted applications and outsourcing services that enhance and expand their present enterprise and contact center businesses.
