OnviSource Announces OnviCenter Portica Contact Center Communication Optimization

Plano, Texas – OnviSource, a provider of highly affordable, fully integrated call center workforce optimization and automation software solutions and award-winning business process outsourcing services, announced today the roll out of Portica workforce communication optimization   Portica optimizes inbound communications through integrated voice mail, messaging, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and outbound communications through notification, SMS, fax, auto-dialers, dispatching and messaging.

Portica is integrated with the OnviCenter suite of Workforce Optimization and Automation (WFO-A) software solutions for call recording, quality assurance, screen capture, speech analytics and workforce management applications; as well as agent automation capabilities and scripted inbound/outbound CRM applications.
