OnviSource Reports Success Story for Canadian Answering Service Customer Due to Upgrade to OnviCenter 6

OnviSource customer, Four Star Communications, attributes growth, expansion and acquisition in part to OnviCenter 6 platform and call center solutions.

OnviSource, a provider of highly affordable and fully integrated call center solutions and award-winning call center outsourcing services, announced today that Canadian telephone answering service customer, Four Star Communications, reported significant growth in earnings in 2008 due to capabilities available upon upgrade to the latest version of the OnviCenter 6 suite of call center solutions.

Upgrade to the OnviCenter 6 software suite delivered many new features to Four Star Communications, including centralized management of remote agents and distributed call centers.  As a result of OnviCenter 6 features and capabilities, Four Star recently expanded through the acquisition of an existing business and they’ve attained as many as 150 new clients on a global basis.
