The OnviCenter All-Inclusive Suite Contact Center Applications

New product line for small to medium enterprises features a highly affordable suite of integrated call handling and performance management applications.

Plano, Texas - OnviSource, Inc. today announced the release of OnviCenter, a low cost and all-inclusive suite of contact center products and applications, previously available as individual components through multiple vendors.
The OnviCenter product suite provides integrated capabilities in call handling and performance management. OnviCenter call handling applications provide inbound and outbound call distribution, dispatching, telemessaging, teleservices, predictive dialing, voice mail, unified messaging and interactive voice response. Quality assurance and compliance tools are offered for full-time audio and screen-captured recording, live monitoring, analysis, agent evaluation and reporting. In addition, OnviCenter offers performance management capabilities in data management, intelligent data mining, agent auto-scripting, campaign management and operations management dashboards.

The OnviCenter suite is built on an optimized unification framework called OnviNet, which enables standard communication and interactions between its applications and components. OnviNet's open architecture allows contact centers to protect their investment in capital equipment by supporting the addition of standard open applications or technologies.

OnviCenter's contact center applications are created from integrating, optimizing and enhancing proven products from two OnviSource subsidiary companies, Davacord and CadCom Telesystems. OnviCenter integrates and enhances AccuCall call handling applications from CadCom Telesystems with DigiVoiceXE recording, quality assurance and compliance applications from Davacord. Such integration is further enhanced with new performance management applications. OnviCenter maintains full compatibility with current releases of AccuCall and DigiVoiceXE applications.
